NO. 13774 TRANSFER OF $10,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO JAIL OPERATING FUND
On this the 13th day of August 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County Treasur-
er be authorized to transfer the sum oŁ $10,000.00 from the General Fund to the Jail Operating
Fund

NO. 13775 APPROVAL OF COUNTY TREASURER'S REPORT FOR QUARTER ENDING JUNE 30, 1979
On this the 13th day of August 1979, in Regular Session of Commissioners' Court, came on
for examination the Quarterly Report of Dorothy Smith, County Treasurer of Kerr County, Texas,
for the period beginning April 1, 1979 and ending on the 30th day of June, 1979, and the
same having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become
a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since
the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found correct as
therein shown.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that said detailed report be, and the same is here-
by approved; the Clerk of the Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record accounts
of said Treasurer in accordance with this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Garrett and unanimously
approved by the Court.

On this the 13th day of August 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved the Dlinutes of Commissioners' Court
of Kerr County, Texas, from pages 471 thru 483, Volume O.

NO. 13777 APPROVAL OF SALARY INCREASE FOR THE ASSISTANT TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR
On this the 13th day of August 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved a merit increase in salary for Doris
Henderson, Assistant to the County Auditor, from $7200.00 per annum to $7800.00 per annum,
effective as of August 1, 1979.

NO. 13778 APPOINTMENT OF LYDIA ALBRECHT AS PRESIDING ELECTION JUDGE OF ELECTION PRECINCT
NO. 3
On this the 13th day of August 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the appointment of Lydia Albrecht
as Presiding Election Judge of Election Precinct No. Three, to fill the vacancy.

On this the 13th day of August 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the appointment of Alfred Spaeth as
Presiding Election Judge of Election Precinct No. Ten, to fill the vacancy.
