At 9:00 o'clock A. M., a public hearing was held in the matter of adoption of the proposed
operating budget of Kerr County for 1980 and the hearing adjourned at 9:40 o'clock A. M., and
the following proceedings were had:
NO. 13788 ADOPTION OF PROPOSED OPERATING BUDGET OF KERB COUNTY, TEXAS FOR THE YEAR 1980
On this the 30th day of August 1979, came on to be considered by the Court the Public

On this the 30th day of August 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, with Commissioners Speakmon, Lich and Guthrie and County Judge,
Julius R. Neunhoffer, voting "AYE" and Commissioner Garrett ABSTAINING FROM VOTING, said
motion carrying by a majority vote, that the Replat of Lot Nos. K-2 and K-3 of the Riverhill
Estates No. One, formerly known as Tamanaco Estates, be approved.
This Subdivision comprises 5 tracts, a total of 2.96 acres of land out of Survey No.

by the City of Kerrville to supplement the existing Contract with Olmos Equipment Co., Inc.,
for Aircraft Parking Area Improvements at L. A. Schreiner Field.

NO. 13791 ORDER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR ONE STANDARD TYPE 1979 FOUR DOOR SEDAN, WITHOUT
TRADE-IN FOR USE BY THE KERR COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
On this the 30th day of August 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Garrett, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the County Judge be
authorized to advertise for bids for one Standard Type 1979 Four Door Sedan, without trade-in,
for use by the Kerr County Sheriff's Department.
Specifications are on file at the office of the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas.

On this the 6th day of September 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, second-
ed by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved the PLAT OF LAKE INGRAM ESTATES,
subject to the provisions that maintenance of roads will not be accepted until paved by
developer, according to specifications of the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. Four.
