M. 479 RIGHT OF WAY On this the 10th day of September, 1979 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of approval of an agreement whereby A. P. Allison and wife, Irene Allison, have proposed to convey a parcel of new right of way for the reconstruction of a portion of F. M. Road 479 which comprises 2.414 acres out of Survey No. 10 Socorro Farming Co. in exchange for the reconveyance to them by the State of Texas of an adjacent 2.798 acre parcel of existing F. M. 479 right of way proposed to be abandoned following the construction of the relocated portion of F. Td. Schreiner Bank, the County Depository of Kerr County, to make a substitution of securities pledged to secure that certain Depository Pledge Contract entered into between the said Bank and Kerr County, Texas, as recorded in Volume 7, page 415 of the Bond Record of Kerr County, Texas, on March 19, 1979.
