On this the 10th day of September 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved Acceptance of the 1978 Audit of Kerr
County Records by Pressler, Thompson and Company in the amount of $15,740.80 and authorized
the County Auditor and County Treasurer to draw a voucher on the General Fund, payable to
Pressler, Thompson and Company, in the above amount.

NO. 13813 APPROVAL OF REQUEST OF BARRY WARD FOR USE OF THE AGRICULTURE EXHIBITION BUILDING
ON OCTOBER 26th AND 27th, 1979 FOR THE HILL COUNTRY NATIONAL PIG SALE
On this the 10th day of September 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon,
seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the request of Barry Ward,
for use of the Agriculture Exhibition Building on October 26th and 27th, 1979 for the Hill
Country National Pig Sale, at a charge of $100.00 per day, plus clean-up, and if clean-up is
not satisfactorily performed by user, an additional $150.00 is to be charged.

NO. 13814 APPROVAL OF SALARY ADJUSTMENT OF THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S SECRETARY OF THE 198TH
JUDICIAL DISTRICT
On this the 10th day of September 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved the salary adjustment of the District
Attorney's Secretary of the 198th Judicial District, and that effective September 1st, 1979,
Kerr County's proportion will be $2489.40 per annum.

NO. 13815 APPOINTMENT OF PRESIDING ELECTION JUDGE AND ALTERNATE PRESIDING JUDGE IN ELECTION
PRECINCT NO. 13 AND ALTERNATE PRESIDING ELECTION JUDGE IN ELECTION PRECINCT 3
On this the 10th day of September 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved the appointment of Clara Phillips as
Presiding Election Judge and Earl E. Pate as Alternate Presiding Judge of Election Precinct No.
13 and that Bodo Wiedenfeld be appointed Alternate Presiding Judge of Election Precinct No. 3,
to fill the vacancies.

NO. 13816 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF BUMBLE BEE HILLS SECTION ONE
On this the 10th day of September 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Bumble Bee Hills Section
One, subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by Kerr
County until residential development shall justify said maintenance.

NO. 13817 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF RIVERHILL TOWNHOUSE TRACTS NO. SIX SECTION TWO
On this the 10th day of September 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Riverhill Townhouse Tracts
No. Six Section Two, subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be
assumed by Kerr County until residential development shall justify said maintenance and until
roads are constructed to specifications of the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. One.

ed by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of River Hills Mall,
subject to the provisions that Kerr County will not assume maintenance of roads until the roads
meet the specifications of the Commissioner of Precinct No. One.
