M. and read aloud in Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13827 ACCEPTANCE OF BID OF CRENWELGE CHRYSLER FOR ONE 1979 FOUR DOOR SEDAN, FOR USE BY THE KERB COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT On this the 26th day of September 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved, that the bid of CRENWELGE CHRYSLER, for one 1979 Chrysler Newport, four door sedan, for use by the Kerr County Sheriff's Department, in the amount of $7131.89, be accepted as the lowest and best bid, subject to approval by the Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, as to the color. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13828 ORDER CONSOLIDATING CERTAIN KERR COUNTY ELECTION PRECINCTS FOR SPECIAL CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT ELECTION NOVEMBER 6, 1979 On this the 26th day of September, 1979, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of consolidating certain election precincts of Kerr County for the purpose of conducting a Special Constitutional Amendment election ordered by the State of Texas to be held on November 6, 1979; and it appearing to the Court that Section 2.02(g) of the Texas Election Code authorizes the combination of any two or more Kerr County election precincts into consolidation precincts for the purpose of conducting the aforesaid election; and it further appearing to the Court that certain polling places heretofore used by Kerr County are no longer available for use by Kerr County and that it has not been possible to find new locations in certain election precincts; and further that the costs of conducting this election would be materially reduced by certain consolidations, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Garrett, and unanimously approved by the Court that for the purpose of conducting the aforesaid Special Election called for November 6, 1979, the following consolidations of certain of Kerr County's regular election precincts shall be as follows: 1. Election precincts 1, 7, and 12 are consolidated into a single precinct with the Kerr County Courthouse being designated as the polling place; 5! ~G 2. Election precincts 2 and 8 are consolidated into a single precinct with the Center Point American Legion Hall being designated as the polling place; 3. Election precincts 4, 9 and 10 are consolidated with the Sunset Baptist Church being designated as the polling place; 4. Election precincts 5 and 6 are consolidated into a single precinct with the Ingram Schoolhouse being designated as the polling place; 5. Election precincts 11 and 15 are consolidated into a single precinct with Tom Daniels Elementary School being designated as the polling place; 6. Election precincts 13 and 16 are consolidated, with Starkey School being designated as the polling place; 7. Election precincts 14 and 17 are consolidated, with Hill Country Lumber & Hardware Co. being designated as the polling place; 8. M. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o AGREEMENT This Agreement by and between the CITY OF KERRVILLE, Kerr County, Texas, hereinafter called "City", acting pursuant to the resolution hereto attached, through its Mayor and attested by its City Clerk, and the COUNTY OF KERB, hereinafter called "County" acting through the Commissioners Court of such County, pursuant to the order of the said Commis- sioners Court, a copy of which is hereto attached: WITNESSETH: The City agrees to furnish for the use and benefit of citizens of Kerr County, Texas, outside the City Limits of the City of Kerrville, Texas, its fire trucks and other fire fighting equipment, together with personnel to maintain and operate the same for a period of twelve (12) months, beginning on the 1st day of October, 1979, and terminating on the 30th day of September, 1980, under the following terms and conditions, to-wit:
