NO. 13831 ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY OF ONE 1979 CHRYSLER NEWPORT FOUR DOOR SEDAN, FOR USE BY
SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT
TO CRENWELGE CHRYSLER
On this the 4th day of October 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the delivery of one
1979 Chrysler Newport Four Door Sedan for use by the Kerr County Sheriff's Department and
authorized payment to Crenwelge Chrysler in the amount of $7131.89, as per bid proposal,
payable out of the General Fund.

NO. 13832 APPROVAL OF REVISED PLAT OF BUMBLE BEE HILLS SECTION ONE
On this the 4th day of October 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved the Revised Plat of Bumble Bee Hills
Section One, subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed
by Kerr County until residential development shall justify said maintenance.
