NO. 13838 APPOINTMENT OF BOB RAMSEY TO KERB COUNTY HISTORICAL SURVEY COMMISSION
On this the 8th day of October 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved the appointment of Bob Ramsey of
Hunt, Texas as a member of the Kerr County Historical Survey Commission.

NO. 13839 ORDER DESIGNATING MT. WESLEY CHAPEL BUILDING ON METHOD25T ENCAMPMENT ROAD AS NEW
POLLLNG PLACE FOR ELECTION PRECINCT NO. 19
On this the 8th day of October 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, it was unanimously approved by the Court, that Mt. Wesley Chapel
Building on Methodist Encampment Road, be designated as the new polling place for Election
Precinct No. 19, for Elections held at the expense of Kerr County.

NO. 13840 ORDER NOMINATING CANDIDATE FOR BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF KERB COUNTY TAX APPRAISAL
DISTRICT
On this the 8th day of October, 1979 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of nominations to be made for the Board of Directors of the Kerr County Tax Appraisal
District as created pursuant to the provisions of Senate Bill 621, 66th Legislature, Regular
Session; and it appearing to the Court that Kerr County has heretofore declared its intention
to join the said Tax Appraisal District and is therefore entitled to make nominations for
the Directors of the District who are to be elected pursuant to applicable provisions of said

Senate Bill No. 621, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner
Garrett and unanimously approved by the Court that Adolph Bartel, a qualified citizen of Kerr
County, whose mail address is Route One, Box 136, Comfort, Texas 78013, be nominated and
designated by Kerr County as a candidate to be placed on the ballot for the election of the
Board of Directors of the said Tax Appraisal District.

NO. 13841 APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO 1979-80 STATEWIDE HUNTING, FISHING AND TRAPPING
PROCLAMATION
On this the 8th day of October 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved the Amendment to the 1979-80 Statewide
Hunting, Fishing and Trapping Proclamation, regarding quail bag limits in Kerr County, Texas.

LdO. 13842 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF COUNTY CLERK, EMMIE M. MUENKER, FOR APPOINTMENT OF
PATTY BUROW AS DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK
On this the 8th day of October 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved the application of County Clerk,
Emmie M. Muenker, for authority to appoint and deputize Patty Burow as Deputy County Clerk
of Kerr County, Texas, and that she be paid on an hourly basis @ $2.95 per hr., effective the
date of her qualification, the same being the 8th day of October 1979.

NO. 13843 TRANSFER OF $7500.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO JAIL OPERATING FUND
On this the 8th day of October 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $7,500.00 from the General Fund to the Jail
Operating Fund.
