" NO. 13844 APPORTIONMENT OF $36,000.00 FROM F. M. & LATERAL ROAD FUND
On this the 8th day of October 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to apportion the sum of $36,000.00 from the F. M. & Lateral Road
Fund to the four Road and Bridge Precincts, as follows:
Road	& Bridge	No.	1 ------	---- $10,000.00
Road	& Bridge	No.	2 ------	---- $ 8,000.00
Road	& Bridge	No.	3 ------	---- $ 8,000.00

NO. 13845 TRANSFER OF $15,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND
On this the 8th day of October 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and County Treasurer
be authorized to transfer the sum of $15,000.00 from the General Fund to the Officers Salary
Fund.

NO. 13846 APPROVAL OF MERIT INCREASE FOR BETTY F. SEVEY, DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK
On this the 8th day of October 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved a merit increase for Betty F. Sevey,
Deputy County Clerk, from $6360.00 per annum to $6600.00 per annum, effective as of October
1st, 1979.

NO. 13848 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SILVER CREEK ESTATES
On this the 19th day of October 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Silver Creek Estates,
subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by Kerr
County until residential development shall justify said maintenance and until roads are con-
structed to specifications of the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. One.

NO. 13849 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF LIME CREEK SUBDIVISION
On this the 19th day of October 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Lime Creek Subdivision,
located wholly within the City limits of Kerrville, comprising 15.3 acres of land, more or
less, out of Florentine Lara Survey No. 123, Abstract No. 223.
