M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular Term of Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present: JULIUS R. NEUNHOFFER County Judge EARL GARRETT Commissioner Precinct No. 1 FRANK L. SPEAKMON Commissioner Precinct No. 2 VICTOR LICH Commissioner Precinct No. 3 BILLY JOE GUTHRIE, JR. Commissioner Precinct No. 4 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: NO. 13875 ORDER AUTHORIZING DISBURSEMENTS OF FUNDS FOR GENERAL WITNESS EXPENSE IN CAUSE NO. 522 OF THE 198TH DISTRICT COURT OF KERR COUNTY On this the 10th day of December, 1979, came on to be heard and considered by the Court an order entered on the 7th day of December, 1979 by the Hon. V. Murray Jordan, District Judge, in Cause No. 522 now pending on the docket of the 198th District Court of Kerr County, a copy of which order is filed with the Clerk of this Court, and which order directs the pay- ment of general witness expense in the amount of $2,500.00; and it appearing to the Court that it is the legal obligation of Kerr County to advance such funds at this time, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County advance such reimbursable funds to the District Clerk of Kerr County,; and it is further ordered that a voucher in the amount of $2,500.00 be drawn on the General Fund of Kerr County payable to the Clerk of the District Court of Kerr County. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13876 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 10th day of December 1979, came on to be examined by the Court, the various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts, since the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge No. 1, 2, 3, & 4, General, Officers Salary, County Law Library, Flood Control Maintenance, Flood Damage Repair, Jury, 216th District Probation and Jail Operating Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed, from page 74 to 79 which were made a part hereof and of this order. Motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie and unanimously approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13877 APPROVAL OF MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERR COUNTY On this the 10th day of December 1979, came on to be examined by the Court, the various reports of the County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, the same having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports be accepted, therefore, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted and filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.
