NO. 13878 DECEMBER PAYDAY SET FOR DECEMBER 20th, 1979
On this the 10th day of December 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved that the December payday be set for
December 20th, 1979, for officials, employees and allowances.

NO. 13879 APPROVAL OF ANNUAL PAYMENT TO SID PETERSON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL
On this the 10th day of December 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved an annual payment to Sid Peterson Memorial
Hospital in the amount of $3500.00, as budgeted, payable out of the General Fund, toward care
of indigent patients.

NO. 13880 NOTICE OF PROPOSED SALARY INCREASES OF ELECTED OFFICIALS OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 10th day of December, 1979, came on to be considered by the Court the matter
of proposed salary increases for certain elected County and Precinct officials of Kerr County,
Texas, pursuant to applicable laws of the State of Texas. It is ordered that notice be
published once in the official newspaper of Kerr County, Texas, that it is the intention of
the Commissioners' Court to consider the following proposed salary increases at a public
hearing to be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom on December 27, 1979, at 10:00 a.m., and
if approved, to implement same at the regular January, 1980 Term, namely January 14, 1980, and
that such increases, if ordered, shall be	effective January 1,	1980;

NO. 13881 RESIGNATION OF CLEO N. McBRYDE AS CHAIRMAN & MEMBER OF THE KERB COUNTY HISTORICAL
SURVEY COMMISSION
On this the 10th day of December 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of Cleo N.
McBryde, as Chairman and Member of the Kerr County Historical Survey Commission, be accepted,
with regret, effective December 10th, 1979.
