SURVEY COMMISSION
On this the 10th day of December 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the appointment of Carroll Adams as
Chairman of the Kerr County Historical Survey Commission.

NO. 13883 EMPLOYMENT OF PRESSLER, THOMPSON AND COMPANY TO AUDIT KERB COUNTY BOOKS FOR 1979
On this the 10th day of December 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the professional services of
Pressler, Thompson and Company be employed to audit the books of the County and Precinct
Officials of Kerr County, Texas, for the calendar year 1979.

On this the 10th day of December 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved the PLAT OF N. B. C. CENTER, a sub-
division containing 5.38 acres of land out of Walter Fosgate Survey 120, Abstract 138, in
Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas.

On this the 10 day of December 1979, came on to be heard and considered by the Court

of Kerr County and the State of Texas in the matter of intervening and filing claims in the
