It is ordered by the Court that the Auditor and Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of $1228.75, payable to Pressler, Thompson and Company, out of the Jail Construc- tion Fund, for services rendered in connection with the audit. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13888 ORDER AUTHORIZING SHERIFF, PAUL FIELDS, TO CONTRACT WITH THE U. S. MARSHAL FOR HOUSING OF FEDERAL PRISONERS IN THE KERR COUNTY JAIL On this the 10th day of December 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that Sheriff, Paul Fields, be authorized to contract with the United States Marshal, for the safekeeping, care and subsistence of Federal Prisoners housed in the Kerr County Jail, at a contract rate of $14.00 per prisoner per day. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13389 APPORTIONMENT OF $18,000.00 FROM F.M. & LATERAL ROAD FUND On this the 10th day of December 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County Treasurer be authorized to apportion the sum of $18,000.00 from the F.
