FUND
On this the 10th day of December 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County Treasur-
er be authorized to transfer the sum of $8,000.00 from the Flood Control Maintenance Fund to
the Flood Damage Repair Fund.

NO. 13893 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF EMMIE M. MUENKER, COUNTY CLERK, FOR MERIT INCREASES FOR
JANIE WOLFRUM, DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK & JUDY HOLMES, DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK
On this the 10th day of December 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved the application of Emmie M. Muenker,
County Clerk, for merit increases for the following Deputies:
Janie Wolfrum, Deputy County Clerk, from $6960.00
per annum to $7320.00 per annum,
and
Judy Holmes, Deputy County Clerk, from $6960.00
per annum to $7320.00 per annum,
and that the increases in salary be effective as of December 1st, 1979.

es of Elected Officials of Kerr County, Texas, as per notice published in the Official News-
paper of Kerr County, Texas.
The Public Hearing adjourned at l0:Ot o'clock A. M., at which time the following
proceedings were had:
NO. 13894 APPROVAL OF PROPOSED SALARY INCREASES OF ELECTED OFFICIALS OF KERB COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 27th day of December, 1979, came under advisement the proposed salary
increases for certain elected County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, pursuant
to applicable laws of the State of Texas, and that said increases be effective January 1,
1980, and if approved, to implement same at the regular January, 1980 Term, namely, January
14, 1980, as follows:
