SUBMITTED TO CHARLES T. HOLMES, PROFESSIONAL CIVIL ENGINEER AND
LOUIS DOMIIZGUES, REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER, FOR NEGOTIATION
AND RECOMMENDATION FOR MODIFICATION
On this the 3rd day of May 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner
Lich, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously
approved that the Bid of The Boswell Company of Bryan, Texas, for
Flat Rock Dam Repairs, be tabled and submitted to Charles T. Holmes,
Professional Civil Engineer and Louis Domingues, Registered Profession-
al Engineer, for negotiation and recommendation for modification.
