REJECTION OF BID OF THE BOSWELL COMPANY FOR FLAT ROCK DAM
REPAIR AND AUTHORIZING ENGINEER CONSULTANTS TO NEGOTIATE
IN ACCORDAI~TCE WITH SPECIFICATIONS ORIGINALLY DRAWN
On this the 8th day of May 1979, upon motion made by Commis-
sioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Garrett, and unani-
mously approved by the Court, it is ordered that the Bid of
The Boswell Company of Bryan, Texas, for Flat Rock Dam Repairs
be rejected and that Charles T. Holmes and Louis Domingues,
Engineer Consultants, be authorized to negotiate for the
Flood Damage Repair work, in accordance with specifications
originally drawn.
