APPROVAL OF PARTIAL PAYMENT TO LUCE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
FOR FLAT ROCK DAM REPAIRS MONTHLY ESTIMATE
On this the 13th day of June 1979, upon motion made by
Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the
Court unanimously approved a partial payment for Flat Rock
Dam Repairs, as recommended by Louis Domingues, Engineer,
and that the:~uditor and Treasurer be authorized to draw
a voucher in the amount of $18,112.50, payable to the First
National Bank of Kerrville and Luce Construction Company,
out of the Flood Damage Repair Fund.

Gentlemen:
Attached is "Monthly Estimate and Application for Payment" for work done by
Luce Construction Company.
They have completed the work on the right side of the river (the West or South
side) and have done a considerable amount of work on the left side. They are
doing an excellent job on this project.
Mr. Holmes had told them that they could draw a partial payment at any time
and I think they are due this payment now.
I am also enclosing a statement for my engineering services. The agreement was
that 75% of my fee would be paid at the time the project began.
