ACCEPTANCE OF FLAT ROCK DAM REPAIR BY LUCE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
AND AUTHORIZATION FOR FINAL PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $28,876.85
On this the 13th day of August 1979, upon motion made by Commis-
sioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unani-
mously approved acceptance of Flat Rock Dam Repair by Luce
Construction Company, as recommended by Domingues Engineering
and Surveying, in the amount of $28,876.85.
It is ordered that the Auditor and Treasurer be authorized to
draw a voucher in the amount of $28,876.85, payable to First
National Bank of Kerrville, Texas and Luce Construction Company,
out of Flood Damage Repair Fund.
