On this the 11th day of June 1979, .upon motion made by
Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the
Court unanimously approved termination of the secretarial
allowance of the County Attorney of Kerr County, Texas, effec
tive June 1, 1979, in the amount of $5000.00 per annum
