BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, on this day personally
appeared DON WILLIAMSON who, being by me duly sworn, upon his oath
stated the following:
My name is Don Williamson; I have been appointed County Auditor
of Kerr County, Texas; I have made the statutory bond and I have taken
the official oath.
I am in every way qualified under the provisions and requirements
of Title 34, Vernon's Annotated Civil Statutes of Texas, to serve as
County Auditor.
The positions of private or public trust which I have heretofore
held and the length of service under each are as follows:
Staff accountant with Bruhl & Company, 636 San Antonio
Bank & Trust Building, San Antonio, Texas 1960-1972;
Office manager and controller, Brink's Brangus and Kerrville

Assistant to controller, Riverhill Club & Estates, Ltd.,
Kerrville, Texas 1976 to May 1, 1977;
Treasurer, Kerr County Special Opportunity School,
Kerrville, Texas, 4 years.
County Auditor, Kerr County, May 1, 1977 to April 30, 1979.
