APPROVAL OF SALARY ADJUSTMENT OF THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S
SECRETARY OF THE 198TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT
On this the 10th day of September 1979, upon motion made
by Commissioner Garrett, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon,
the Court unanimously approved the salary adjustment of the
District Attorney's Secretary of the 198th Judicial District,
and that effective September 1st, 1979, Kerr County's propor-
tion will be $2489.40 per annum.

Dear Mrs. McDonald:
Due to redistricting within the 198th District resulting from the 1979
Legislature session, the proration of the District Attorney's secretary salary
will need to be readjusted effective September 2, 1979,
Based on $400.00 per month salary prorated between the five counties on a
population basis, the Kerr County percentage is 51.860$ which equals a total of
$207.45 per ironth. if you have any questions concerning these figures, please
wntact my office.
I request the readjustment be made effective September 1, 1979 for Janet
L. Jones.
