ORDER AUTHORIZING FUNDS FOR REPORT OF OUT OF STATE WITNESS
FEES IN GA USE NO. 522 OF THE 198TH DISTRICT COURT OF KERR COUNTY
On this the 28th day of November, 1979 came on to be
heard and considered by the Court an order entered on the 27th day of
November, 1979 by the Hon. V. Murray Jordan, District Judge, in
Cause No. 522 now pending on the docket of the 198th District Court of
Kerr County, a copy of which order is filed with the Clerk of this Court,
and which order directs the payment of out of state witness fees in the
amount of $3, 984.80; and it appearing to the Court that it is the Legal
obligation of Kerr County to advance such funds at this time, it is ordered
on motion by Commissioner Speakmcaa seconded by Commissioner
Garrett and unanimously approved 6y the Gourt that Kerr
County advance such reimbursable funds to the District Clerk of Kerr County
and it is further ordered that a voucher in the amount of $3,984.80 be
drawn on the General Fund of Kerr County payable to the Clerk of the
District Court of Kerr County.

On November 27, 1979 an order was issued by the above Judge to the
Commissioners Court, Kerr County, Texas to issue checks or warrants
to the District Clerk of Kerr County, in the amount of $ 3984,80 and
on December 7, 1979 an order was issued by said Judge to the Commissioners
Court of Kerr County, Texas for checks or warrants in the amount of $2500,00
for the payment of out of state witnesses necessary in the above cause,
making a total amount of $6484,80, of which $4978.82 was expended for
said witnesses, leaving a balance in the Trust Fund of $1505.98,
It is hereby ORDERED that the District Clerk of Kerr County, Texas return
said $1505.98 to the Commissioners Court, Kerr County, Texas,
