Gentlemen:
I respectfully request that you give consideration to the
matter of a salary adjustment as well as a merit raise
to the following employee.

BET'PY F. SEVEY has been with me over eight months. She is
the lowest paid regular employee in my office. She has
proven an excellent worker in the microfilming department.
Pherefore I would like to raise her $20.00 per month.
Present salary being $530.00 per mo. ($6360.00 per annum.)
?taise to $550.00 per mon. ($6600.00 per annum.)
I Would personally appreciate any consideration you would
give to this matter.
