RETUR)7S OF SECOCdD SPECIAL ELECTION TO FILL VACANCY IN OFFICE
OF STATE REPRESENTATIVE, 56TH DISTRICT,UNEXPIRED TERPd, 66TH
LEGISLATURE, Ct~PdVASSED & TABULATED
On this the 5th day of February 1979, came on to be considered
by the Court the returns to be canvassed, to determine the
results of the Second Special Election to Fill Vacancy in
Office of State Representative, 56th District, Ux7.c_xpired Term,
66th Legislature, held on February 3rd, 1979. And the Court
having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the Election
Precincts and the Absentee Canvassing Board Box, are of the
opinion that said returns, after having been opened and canvassed,
are true and correct and should be approved.
Therefore, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett ,
seconded by Commissioner Lich , the Court unanimously
approved that the returns as canvassed and tabulated in Volume
6, Page II6, Record of Election Returns of Kerr County, Te~;as,
and as certified thereto by each member of the Court, are in
all respects approved.
