SALARIES OF ELECTED COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICIALS AID ALLOWANCES
ADOPTED FOR THE YEAR 1979
On this the 8th day of January 1979, came on to be considered by
the Court the matter of setting salaries and allowances for the
year 1979, of elected County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County,
Texas, and it appearing that the method of compensation has been
duly set by the Court according to law, it is therefore ordered
on motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Garrett,
and unanimously approved by the Court, that the annual salaries
and allowances be approved, as per schedule on file, effective
as of January 1, 1979.

It is ordered that the foregoing salaries and allowances be paid
out of the same funds as have been previously ordered and designated. In
addition to the foregoing, it is further ordered that elected officials having
deputies or employees who are compensated on an hourly basis are authorized
to adjust such hourly wage rates to reflect an equivalent upward adjustment of
$600.00 per annum for a full time employee, effective January 1, 1979, or in
the alternative an increase not to exceed 30~ per hour.
