ORDER NO. 13721 ORDER FIXING COMPENSATION OF AND ESTABLISHING PAYMENT PROCEDURES FOR JAILER-DISPATCHERS EMPLOYED AT KEI:R COUNTY JAIL On this the 13th day of June, 1979 came on to be heard and consider,d by the Court the matter of fixing the compensation to be paid to jailer- dispatchers employed by Sheriff Paul Fields at the new Kerr County Jail; anal after due consideration by the Court of the requests of the Sheriff, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Guthrie seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously approved by the Court that effective for the month of June, 1979, all jailer-dispatchers be com- pensated on a fixed monthly basis out of the Jail Operating Fund as heretofore established by the Court, and that payments shall be made monthly upon certification by the Sheriff to the County Treasurer and County Auditor of the names of the persons employed and the actual amount of compensation due each person for the month concerned; and that the rate of compensation he fixed at a beginning sum of $600.00 per month and, upon attainment of 90 days experience, the rate of compensation shall become $625.00 per month, pending further orders of the Court.
