APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN KERR COUNTY A1QD
D & L MAINTENANCE FOR JANITORIAL SERVICE
On this the 5th day of February 1979, upon motion made
by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie,
the Court unanimously approved a written proposal to amend-
ment of the Agreement between I:err County and D & L Main-
tenance, for Janitorial Service, that in addition to the
present agreement, the proposal includes yard and underground
parking area maintenance and enlarged area in basement remodel-
ing and stairs leading to parking area.
Effective February 1, 1979, the monthly rate for Janitorial
Service will be increased from $1437.00 per month to $1650.00
per month, as set forth in the proposal on file.
