APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO EXISTING AGREEMENT BET~+TEEN KERR
COUNTY AND MOORE SERVICE
On this the 5th day of February 1979, upon motion made
by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon,
the Court unanimously approved acceptance of an amendment
to the existing Agreement betweBn Kerr County and Moore
Service, and that effective March 1, 1979, the monthly rate
for garbage and refuse collection, will be increased from
$900.00 per month to $975.00 per month.

RE: Monthly Landfill Rate
Dear Judge Neunhoffer:
Moore Service, Inc. has not changed their landfill rate for
accepting Kerr County residents household nature refuse,
(no commercial refuse) into the landfill since January 2977.
Due to the amount of refuse being hauled into the I¢ndfiZZ plus
the incre¢sed cost of doing business we believe a smo,1Z incre¢se
of seventy-fine dollars ($75.00) per month is in order. The total
monthly rate of nine hundred seventy-five dollars ($975.00) will be
effective, if approved, on March 1, 1979 ¢nd will be reflected in
your billing ¢t the end of March.
