APPROVAL OF PROPOSAL TO PURCHASE ONE COPY MACHINE-CANON 5000
PLAIP7 PAPER COPIER FROM UTEX INC.
On this the 5th day of February 1979, upon motion made by
Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon,
the Court unanimously approved a proposal to purchase a new
Copy Machine - Canon 5000 Plain Copier from Utex Inc., in
the amount of $8995.00, less trade-in of one 8 year old Royal
Bond Copier, presently in use in the County Clerk's Office,
in the amount of $1925.00, leaving a net balance of $7070.00,
subject to final approval by County Auditor, Don Williamson.
And it is further ordered that upon final acceptance of the machine
by the County Clerk and the County Auditor, payment for same be
made from the General Fund of Kerr County.
