ORDER NO. 13788
ADOPTION OF PROPOSED OPERATING BUDGET OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
FOR THE YEAR 1980
On this the 30th day of August 1979, came on to be considered
by the Court the Public Hearing in the matter of the Adoption
of the Proposed Operating Budget of Kerr County for the calendar
and fiscal year 19£30, including proposed use of General Revenue
Sharing Funds.
St appearing to the Court that proper notices have been publish-
ed in the official newspaper of Kerr County, in the City of
Kerrville, Texas, for more than ten days prior to the hearing
date hereof, and after thorough examination by the Court and
the consideration of the public interest of the Community, the
Court is of the opinion that the proposed budget should be
approved.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Speakmon seconded
by Commissioner Lich the Court unanimously approved
the Operating Budget for the calendar and fiscal year 1930,
including the proposed use of General Revenue Sharing Funds.
