ACCEPTANCE OF RENOVATION OF GROUND FLOOR OF KERR COUNTY COURT-
HOUSE BY BLANCHARD ASSOCIATES, INC., AND AUTHORIZATION FOR
FINAL PAYMENT
On this the 9th day of April 1979, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lich seconded by Commissioner Speakmon
the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the Renovation
of the Ground Floor of the Kerr County Courthouse, by Contractor,
Blanchard and Associates, Inc., as recommended by Lester B.
Whitton Associates and it is ordered that the Auditor and
County Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher in the amunt
of $37,988.90 payable out of the
General fund,
for final payment to Contractor, Blanchard Associates, Inc., for
completion of the renovation, as per Contract.

Please find enclosed Blanchard Associates Inc., Estimate
No. 3. We have examined this estimate and believe it
to be in accordance with the contract documents.
We, therefore, recommend payment to Blanchard Associates
Inc., in the amount of $37,988.90.
We have inspected the project and find it suitable for
occupancy. We, therefore, recommend acceptance of the
premises by Kerr County.
Three minor items remain to be completed as follows:
1) Provide key for one lockset.
2) Hot mop flashings on roof.
3) Furnish warrA nJties o~~r cq,ndi in

However, there are a few extra cost items that do not
appear on this estimate that will be billed separately,
and these are sufficient to guarantee completion of the
three items listed above.
