ORDER APPROVING REQUEST OF CONTRACTOR, BLANCHARD ASSOCIATES
INC., FOR PAYMENT OF ESTIMATE NO. TWO, FOR RENOVATION OF
GROUND FLOOR OF KERR COUNTY COURTHOUSE
On this the 12th day of March 1979, came on to be examined
by the Court, the Contractor's Request for payment of Estimate
No. Two, for the renovation of the ground floor of the Kerr
County Courthouse.
Said request for payment having been examined by Lester B.
Whitton Associates and recommended to the Court that payment
be made to Blanchard Associates Inc., in the amount of
$11,256.30
Therefore, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon the Court unanimously approved
the Contractor's Request for Payment of Estimate No. Two of
the Construction Contract and the Auditor and Treasurer are
hereby authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of $11,256.30
payable to Blanchard Associates Inc, out of the Permanent Improve-
ment Fund.

tract for renovation of the ground floor of the Kerr County
Courthouse, between Kerr County and Blanchard Associates Inc.,
as recommended by Lester B. Cdhitton Associates, Architect.

Item l: Provide 4" sanitary sewer line from existing
line above County Agent's Office to existing
line in crawl space under County Treasurer's
Office as directed on job site by Architect/
Engineer.
Add to the Contract the sum of
$435.00
Item 2: Provide finish hardware as listed in accord-
ance with approved hardware schedule.
Add to the Contract the Sum of 339.00
NET ADDITION TO THE CONTRACT $774.00
