ORDER NO. 14009
ORDER AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO A. P. ALLISON AND WIFE,
IRENE ALLISON, PURSUANT TO PROVISIONS OF COMMISSIONERS'
COURT ORDER NO. 13784 ENTERED ON AUGUST 24, 1979.
On this the 12th day of May, 1980, came on to be heard and
considered by the Court the matter of ;authorizing the payment to A. P.
Allison and wife, Irene Allison, of certain compensation conditionally
authorized pursuant to the provisions of Commissioners' Court Order
No. 13784 entered on the 24th day of August, 1979; and it appearing
to the Court that pursuant to the provisions of said order No. 13784,
Kerr County did agree to pay certain additional compensation to A. P.
Allison and wife, Irene Allison as a result of their having conveyed a parcel
of right of way to the State of Texas for the relocation of a portion of F. M.
Road 479, which compensation was to be payable in lieu of severance
damages and in the event of an exchange of ownership of two severed remainders
of land between the said A. P. Allison and wife, and O. B. Walker and
wife; and it further appearing to the Court that the aforesaid parties
have duly executed a deed of exchange as to their respective severed land
remainders, which deed was filed for record in the office of the County
Clerk of Kerr County on the 24th day of April, 1980, it is ordered on motion
by Commissioner

seconded by Commissioner
Speakmon and unanimously approved by the Court that KFrr
County pay the agreed sum of $3, 796. 00 due A. P. Allison and wife, Irene
Allison under the provisions of the said Order No. 13, 784 as compensation
for the appraised difference of value of the two exchanged severed remainders
and it is further ordered that a voucher in the amount of $3, 796. 00 be
