LEE SMITH, FOR ApPOINTP4ENT OF CYNTHIA D. HALTOb1 AS DEPUTY
TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR OF KERR COUidTY, TEXAS
On this the 8th day of September 1980, upon motion
made by Commissioner Lich seconded by Commissioner
Garrett the Court unanimously approved the Application
of Doris Lee Smith, Tax Assessor-Collector, for authority
to appoint and deputize Cynthia D. F3altom as Deputy Tax t~ssessor-
Collector of Kerr County, Texas, and that her salary be fixed
at $7080.00 per annum, effective the date of her qualification,
the same being September 10th, 1980, payable out of Revenue Sharing
Trust Fund.
