On this the 8th day of September 1980, came on to be examined
by the Court the settlement with Doris Lee Smith, Tax Assessor-
Collector, for the period ending June 30, 1980 and it appearing
to the Court that said reports are in proper form and should
be approved, and that the Tax Assessor-Collector be credited
with the amount as set forth on the current tax roll of
Insolvents, Errors, Delinquents and Discounts Allowed, as
follows:
The collection represents a collection for the tax year 1979
in the amount of 93.62.
