01 this the 9th day of June, 1980, came on to be heard a ~*1
c~nsidercl by the Gourt the mater of causing to be drafted a proposed
contractual agreement between Kerr County and the Kerr Gounty Tax
Appraisal District for property appraisal services under the Texas
Property Tax Code together with a proposed supporting budget for 1981;
and it appearing to the Court that it would be in the best interests of
the taxpaying citizens of Kerr County to submit such a proposed contract
and budget, it is ordered on motion by Gommiasioner Guthrie ,
seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously approved
by the Court that Kerr County Tax Assessor-Collector Doris Lee Smith
be authorized, acting in consultation with the Commissioners' Court, to draft
such a proposed contractual agreement and proposed budget and to submit
the same to the Kerr County Tax Appraisal Board for consideration and as
a basis for further negotiations with the Commissioners' Court of Kerr
County.
