COLLECTOR, TO RE-CONFIRM APPOINTMENT OF FRANCES DODD,
DEPUTY TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR TO FRANCES JOHNSON, DEPUTY

On this the 12th day of May 1980, upon motion made by
Commissioner Garrett , seconded by Commissioner Liah_
the Court unanimously approved that the application of DORIS
LEE SMITH, TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR, be granted, to re-confirm
the appointment of Frances Dodd to Frances Johnson, Deputy
Tax Assessor-Collector (Name change due to marriage May 2nd,
1980), and that her deputation in the name of Frances Johnson
be effective the date of her qualification.
