On this the 14th day of January 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County Treasurer
be authorized to apportion the sum of $18,000.00 from the F. M. & LATERAL ROAD FUND to the
four Road and Bridge Precincts, as follows:

NO. 13921 TRANSFER OF $7,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO JAIL OPERATING FUND
On this the 14th day of January 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $7,000.00 from the General Fund to the Jail
Operating Fund.

On this the 14th day of January 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commissioners' Court
of Kerr County, Texas, from pages 524 thru 532, Volume O.

NO. 13923 SALARIES OF ELECTED COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICIALS AND ALLOWANCES ADOPTED FOR THE
YEAR 1980
On this the 14th day of January 1980, came on to be considered by the Court the matter
of setting salaries and allowances for the year 1980, of elected County and Precinct Officials
of Kerr County, Texas, and it appearing that the method of compensation has been duly set by
the Court according to law, it is therefore ordered on motion by Commissioner Speakmon,
seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, that the annual
salaries and allowances be approved, as per schedule on file, effective as of January 1, 1980.
