M., February 11th, 1980, Bids for two four wheel articulated loaders for use by the Commissioners of Kerr County Precinct No. 2 and 4 were opened and read in Court, and the following proceedings were had: NO. 13932 BIDS FOR TWO ARTICULATED LOADERS FOR USE BY THE COMMISSIONERS OF KERR COUNTY PRECINCT NO. 2 and 4 REFERRED TO COUNTY AUDITOR FOR STUDY AND RECOMMENDATION On this the 11th day of February 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the bids for two articulated loaders, for use by the Commissioners of Precinct No. 2 and 4, be referred to the County Auditor for study and recommendation. (Two bids filed - River City Machinery Co. and Girard Machinery & Supply Company) o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13933 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 11th day of February 1980, came on to be examined by the Court, the various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts, since the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge No. 1, 2, 3 and 4, General Road & Bridge, General, Officers, County Law Library, Jury, 216th District Probation, Flood Damage Repair, Lateral Road 3, and Revenue Sharing Trust & Sail Operating Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed, pages 7 thru 12 , which were made a part hereof and of this order. Motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie and unanimously approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13934 APPROVAL OF MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERB COUNTY On this the 11th day of February 19II0, came on to be examined by the Court, the various reports of the County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, the same having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports be accepted, therefore, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted and filed with the County Clerk fox future reference and subject to audit.
