McHANEY AND HILL COUIQTRY UNLIMITED FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR LOOP 534 On this the 11th day of February, 1980 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid Fred [V. Abraham and wife, Dorothy L. Abraham and Donald E. McHaney and wife, Betty L. McHaney as compensation for their conveyance to the State of Texas of a parcel of land required for the construction of Loop 534, which land comprises 16.636 acres of land out of Survey 115, Thomas Hand, and is designated as parcel #27 of said right of way; and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commis- sioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offers to pay the aforesaid property owners the sum of $58,000.00 as compensation .. for land and damages for their conveyance to the State of Texas of Parcel #27 as aforesaid, subject to the execution and delivery with their executed right of way deed of a partial release of a lien and deed of trust as to the parcel conveyed by the lienholder, Hill Country Unlimited; and it is further ordered that on approval for filing by the State Department of ~, Highways and Public Transportation of the aforesaid right of way deed and partial release of }y/ lien and on final title approval, a voucher shall be drawn in the amount of $58,000.00 on the Loop 534 Right of Way Fund payable to Fred V7.
