On this the 11th day of February, 1980, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the proposal of the Employment and Training Division oŁ the Community Council of South Central Texas, Inc. of New Braunfels, Texas, to place a CETA-funded temporary employee in the office of the County Extension Agents in the Kerr County Courthouse to serve as a clerical assistant in such office; and it appearing to the Court that the said proposed placement imposes no financial or administrative responsibilities on Kerr County and that said employee will be paid with CETA funds administered directly through the Community Council of South Central Texas, Inc. of New Braunfels, Texas, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Speakmon, second- ed by Commissioner Garrett, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby grants permission for the placement of the said CETA employee in the office of the County Extension Agents in the Kerr County Courthouse on a temporary basis of approximately one year; provided, however that Kerr County reserves the right to withdraw and terminate such authoriza- tion at its discretion at any time and provided further that Kerr County in no way commits itself nor does it propose to commit itself to continue the said CETA employee as an employee of Kerr County upon the termination of existing CETA funding for this position. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13947 APPROVAL OF COUNTY TREASURER'S REPORT FOR QUARTER ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1979 On this the 11th day of February 1980, in Regular Session oŁ Commissioners' Court, came on for examination the Quarterly Report of Dorothy Smith, County Treasurer of Kerr County, Texas, for the period beginning October 1, 1979 and ending December 31, 1979, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct.
