SPEAKMON Commissioner Precinct No. 2 VICTOR LICH Commissioner Precinct No. 3 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: NO. 13952 ORDER AUTHORIZING EMPLOYMENT OF ASSISTANT TO KERB COUNTY TREASURER On this the 22nd day of February, 1980, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the request of County Treasurer, Dorothy Smith, for the employment of a non-deputized assistant in her office; and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commis- sioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Treasurer, Dorothy Smith, be authorized to employ Laverne Crenshaw as a non- deputized office assistant effective March 1, 1980, and that her salary be set at $7,080.00 per annum, effective this date. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13953 RESIGNATION OF MARY L. BROOKS, DEPUTY TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR On this the 22nd day of February 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of D1ary L.
