ABRAHAM ET AL FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR LOOP 534 On this the 29th day of February 1980, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of amending Commissioners' Court Order No. 13,936 entered on the 11th day of February and recorded in volume O, page 543 of the minutes of the Court; and it appearing to the Court that Fred W. Abraham, et al, the owners of the 16.636 acre Loop 534 right of way parcel #27, have agreed to accept the sum of $60,721.00 as full compensation for land and damages for their conveyance of the aforesaid parcel of right of way to the State of Texas; and it appearing to the Court that as a result of prior negotiations it would be in the best d interests of Kerr County and the State of Texas to accept the owners' counter-offer, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie and unanimously approved by the Court that the aforesaid Order No. 13,936 entered on the 11th day of February 1980 be amended so as to provide that Kerr County offers to pay Fred W. Abraham, et al the sum of $60,721.00 as land and damages for their conveyance of the aforesaid parcel of right of way, subject to the terms and conditions of original Order No. 13,936, and that a voucher in the amount of $60,721.00 be drawn on the Loop 534 right of way fund payable in the same manner and on the same conditions as set forth in original Order No. 13,936. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13957 APPROVAL OF REQUEST BY HILL COUNTRY BRANGUS GROUP AND THE INTERNATIONAL BRANGUS BREEDERS ASSOCIATION FOR USE OF AGRICULTURE EXHIBITION BUILDING JUNE 11 THRU JUNE 15th, 1980 On this the 29th day of February 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved the request of Hill Country Brangus Group and the International Brangus Breeders Association for use of the Agriculture Exhibition Building June 11th thru June 15th, 1980, at a charge of $100.00 per day, plus a fee of $300.00 for final cleanup after usage.
