BE IT REMEMBERED that there was begun and holden on the 10th
day of March 1980, at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular Term
of Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

NO. 13960 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 10th day of March 1980, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts, since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge No. 1, 2, 3 and 4, General, Officers
Salary, County Law Library, Jury, F. M. & Lateral Road, Lateral Road 4, Flood Damage Repair,

216th District Probation/anvil ail pera~ing Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed,
pages 14 thru 20 which were made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, and unanimously
', approved by the Court.

NO. 13961 APPROVAL OF MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERR COUNTY
On this the 10th day of March 1950, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
reports of the County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, the same having been heard
and considered by the Court, finds that said reports be accepted, therefore, upon motion made
by Commissioner Garrett, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved
that the submitted reports be accepted and filed with the County Clerk for future reference
and subject to audit.

PLAT OF SLEEPY HOLLOW (SHOWING ROAD NAMES)
On this the 10th day of March 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie,
seconded by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved the Corrected Plat of
Sleepy Hollow, (showing road names), subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of
roadways will not be assumed by Kerr County, until residential development shall justify
said maintenance and until roads are constructed according to specifications of the Commis-
sioner of Kerr County Precinct No. 4.
