NO. 13966 TRANSFER OF $9,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO JAIL OPERATING FUND
On this the 10th day of March 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $9,000.00 from the General Fund to the
Jail Operating Fund.

On this the 10th day of March 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded

Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $10,000.00 from the General Fund to the
Officers Salary Fund.

NO. 13965 APPROVAL OF INCREASE IN REGULAR MONTHLY APPORTIONMENT TO PRECINCT ROAD & BRIDGE
FUNDS FROM $18,000.00 to $22,000.00 AND CHANGING OF ALLOCATION RATIO TO THE FOUR
PRECINCTS
On this the 10th day of March 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the regular monthly apportionment
to the Precinct Road and Bridge Funds be increased from $18,000.00 to $22,000.00, effective
March 1, 1980 and that the allocation ratio to the four precincts be changed, as follows:
Road & Bridge Precinct No. 1 - 27.27 - $6000.00
Road & Bridge Precinct No. 2 - 22.73$ - $5000.00
Road & Bridge Precinct No. 3 - 22.73 - $5000.00
Road & Bridge Precinct No. 4 - 27.27 - $6000.00
