provisions of the Estray Act, the County Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Jury,
"~ Fund of Kerr County in the amount set forth in the said affidavit of the original owner of
the estrayed animal; and it is further ordered that the procedure herein authorized shall
apply to funds heretofore or hereafter deposited in the Kerr County Jury Fund pursuant to
provisions of the said Estray Act.

NO. 13973 APPROVAL OF CLAIM OF THE CITY OF KERRVILLE FOR LIBRARY EXPENSES
On this the 26th day of March 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved payment to the City of Kerrville for
Library Expenses for the Month of February 1980, in the amount of $5816.44, payable out of
the Kerr County Public Library Fund, for Kerr County's one-half of the library expenses.

NO. 13974 TRANSFER OF $5,200.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO LOOP 534 RIGHT OF WAY FUND
On this the 26th day of March 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be and are hereby authorized to transfer the sum of $5,200.00 from the General Fund
to Loop 534 Right of Way Fund.
