M. & Lateral, County Law Library, General, Officers Salary, Jury, 216th District Probation, Jail Operating and Revenue Sharing Trust Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed, pages 21 thru 27 , which were made a part hereof and of this order. Motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13976 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERR COUNTY APPROVED On this the 14th day of April 1980, came on to be examined by the Court, the various reports of the County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, the same having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports be accepted, therefore, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted and filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit. Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties entitled thereto, for the period ending the 31st day of March 1980, and held on deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund, in the amount of $14,579.49. Also Quarterly Report of Fines imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of $7846.20.
