Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved that the County Attorney, James C.
Nogues, be authorized to employ a temporary secretary, on an hourly basis @ $3.62 per hr.,
effective April 1, 1980.

NO. 13991 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 23rd day of April 1980, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County, since the last term of Court, which claims and
accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor, in amounts and out oŁ General Fund and
Kerr County Public Library Fund, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed, page 27 ,
which were made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie and unanimously
approved by the Court.

NO. 13992 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF RIVER HILL ADDITION SECTION ONE
On this the 23rd day of April 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - the Court unanimously approved
the Plat of River Hill Addition Section One (2.12 acres, Survey No. 144, James H. Cocke1,
in Kerr County Precinct No. 1.

On this the 23rd day of April 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Executive Plaza (2.11
acres, Survey 120, Walter Fosgate), in Kerr County Precinct No. 1.

On this the 23rd day oŁ April 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded

Unit II, comprising 984.9 acres, in Kerr County Precinct No. 4.
