day of May 1980, at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular Term of
Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO. 13996 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 12th day of May 1980, came on to be examined by the Court, the variou:~ claims
and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts, since the
last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and
Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge #1, #2, #3, #4, Lateral Road #1, County Law
Library, General, Officers Salary, Jury, Jail Operating, 216th District Probation, F. M. &
Lateral Road and Revenue Sharing Trust Funds, as shown in the Disbursements' Journal in the
County Auditor's Office, which are made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Garrett and unanimously
approved by the Court.

NO. 13997 APPROVAL OF MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERR COUNTY
On this the 12th day of May 1980, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
reports of the County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, the same having been
heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports be accepted, therefore, upon
motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously
approved that the submitted reports be accepted and filed with the County Clerk for future
reference and subject to audit.

NO. 13998 ORDER FIXING ASSESSMENT RATIO TO BE EMPLOYED FOR THE VALUATION OF PROPERTY ON
THE 1980 TAX ROLL OF KERR COUNTY
On this the 12 day of May, 1980, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of fixing the assessment ratio to be employed for the valuation oŁ property on the
1980 tax roll of Kerr County; and it appearing to the Court that by virtue of Order No. 13805
entered on the 10th day of September, 1979, the Court did order that all properties rendered
for taxes to the Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County should be rendered at full market value
and that the ratio of valuation to be employed for the 1980 tax roll would be subsequently
determined, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon,
and unanimously approved by the Court that all properties shall be placed on the 1980 tax
