BRANTLEY, SR., Justice of the Peace, Prec. #5, None CLAYTON MILTON, Public Weigher, Scale receipts, April 1980 132.00 JERRILYN RAY, County Extension Agent, Report for April 1980 DWIGHT HARKEY, County Extension Agent, Report for April 1980 JANICE WHITE, County Health Nurse, Report for April 1980 o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13998 ORDER FIXING ASSESSMENT RATIO TO BE EMPLOYED FOR THE VALUATION OF PROPERTY ON THE 1980 TAX ROLL OF KERR COUNTY On this the 12 day of May, 1980, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of fixing the assessment ratio to be employed for the valuation of property on the 1980 tax roll of Kerr County; and it appearing to the Court that by virtue of Order No. 13805 ._ entered on the 10th day of September, 1979, the Court did order that all properties rendered for taxes to the Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County should be rendered at full market value and that the ratio of valuation to be employed for the 1980 tax roll would be subsequently determined, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon, and unanimously approved by the Court that all properties shall be placed on the 1980 tax ~fi2 roll of I:err County at fifty five per cent of their full market value based on renditions made to the Tax Assessor of Kerr County or on values placed on unrendered properties by said Tax Assessor, subject to final adjustments, if any, made by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County sitting as a Board of Equalization. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13999 ORDER DISAPPROVING PORTION OF STATEWIDE HUNTING, FISHING AND TRAPPING PROCLAMATION FOR 1980-81 On this the 12th day of May, 1980, came on to be heard by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, sitting at its regular May, 1980 term and at its first regular meeting occurring more than 5 days subsequent to the 18th day of April, 1930, the matter of approval and/or disapproval of the provisions of Statewide Hunting, Fishing and Trapping Proclamation for 1980-81 as adopted by the Parks and Wildlife Commission of the State of Texas on April 18, 1980, and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered that those portions of said Proclamation not hereinafter disapproved by specific reference or by indirect reference are deemed to be approved and that the following portions, provisions and sections of said State- wide Proclamation for 1980-81 are hereby disapproved: I. Rule .305 "Definitions", Paragraph (h) which defines a "buck deer". In disapproving the foregoing, it is the express intention of the Court to disapprove all portions of the aforesaid Statewide Proclamation for 1980-81 which would in any manner or by inference permit the lawful taking in Kerr County of buck deer not having at least one forked antler protruding through the skin, and it is the further intention of the Court that as a result of its action of disapproval of the foregoing section of said Statewide Proclama- tion for 1980-81 a buck deer shall be defined in the same manner as defined for Kerr County in Statewide Hunting, Fishing and Trapping Proclamation 1977-78 in Section .007, Paragraph 3, which provision and definition shall remain in force and effect in Kerr County for the 1980-31 season pursuant to the provisions of House Bill No. 1893, Chapter 620, Acts of the 64th Legislature Regular Session, which statutory authority is also the basis for the action L~/ taken herein. II. Rule .332(1) (B) which fixes the season and bag limit for white tailed deer in certain counties and which would provide for an "either sex" white tailed deer season with no permits required for the taking of antlerless deer in Kerr County. In disapproving the foregoing it is the express intention of the Court to provide for the taking of antlerless deer in Kerr County by permit only as was provided for in Statewide Hunting, Fishing and Trapping Proclamation 1979-80 in Section .332(1)(A), which season and bag limit and requirement for antlerless deer permits shall remain in force and effect in Kerr County for the 1980-81 season pursuant to the provisions of applicable statutory law heretofore cited. III. Rule .333 (b) which would establish a bag limit on javelina in Kerr County. In disapproving the foregoing it is the express intention of the Court that the prior status of no closed season or bag limit on javelina be continued as heretofore. IV. Rule .345, Paragraph (e), which would provide a spring gobbler season for wild turkey in Kerr County. In disapproving the foregoing it is the express intention of the Court that the hunting of wild turkey in Kerr County shall remain subject to the same regulations as were in effect in Kerr County for the year 1979-80.
