N0. 14000 ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY OF ONE FOUR WHEEL DRIVE ARTICULATED LOADER FOR USE BY THE
COMMISSIONER OF KERR COUNTY PRECINCT NO. 4 AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO GIRARD
DIACHINERY AND SUPPLY COMPANY
On this the 12th day of May 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of delivery of one Four
Wheel Drive Articulated Loader for use by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. 4, in
the net amount of $32,301.00 as per bid proposal.
It is ordered by the Court that the Auditor and Treasurer be authorized to draw a
voucher on the General Road & Bridge Fund, payable to Girard P4achinery and Supply Company in
the amount of $32,301.00. (Said net amount includes a 2% discount for payment made within
ten days from date of invoice).

final approval by the County Auditor.

OF ANN BURNS, WINNIE LEATHERMAN AND KARLA REESE, AS DEPUTIES TO TAX A5SESSOR-
COLLECTOR
On this the 12th day of May 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded by
Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the application of Doris Lee Smith, Tax
Assessor-Collector, for authority to appoint and deputize the following deputies:
Ann Burns, Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector, at a salary of $7080.00 per annum,
Winnie Leatherman, Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector, at a salary of $7080.00
per annum, and
Karla Reese, Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector, at a salary of $7080.00 per annum,
and that their salaries be paid out of Revenue Sharing Trust Fund, effective the date of
their qualifications.
